Jumpanda Terms and Conditions — Complete Platform User Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and jumpanda ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This Agreement governs your use of the jumpanda.org website, mobile app, and all related services offered by jumpanda.

By accessing, registering or using any part of the jumpanda platform, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable game rules. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users and active members without exception.

Jumpanda reserves the right to modify, add to, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable version.

Use of the jumpanda platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout the use of the platform.
• Not located in a region or jurisdiction where online gambling is absolutely prohibited by local law.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period from any responsible gaming programme.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Jumpanda is not responsible for any losses arising from users providing false age information during registration. Any attempt to deceive our age verification system constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at jumpanda. Duplicate account registration, whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment information, is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing truthful, accurate and complete information including full name, date of birth, email address and phone number.
• Updating your account information should any changes occur.
• Completing the identity verification (KYC) process when requested by jumpanda.
• Keeping your password and account login details confidential.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. jumpanda will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Jumpanda supports a wide range of payment methods in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfers to all major Malaysian banks. All transactions are processed in MYR and protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's deposit page.
• All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Jumpanda reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify the source of funds before processing any large deposits.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit.
• The KYC verification process must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Jumpanda processes withdrawals within 15 minutes to 2 hours for fully verified accounts.
• Jumpanda reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes without prior notice.

Jumpanda offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specified wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General terms applicable to all jumpanda bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified for each promotion.
• Jumpanda reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if promotional abuse is found to have occurred.

• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash directly unless the wagering requirements have been met.

Jumpanda reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Such changes will not affect bonuses already received that are currently in the process of fulfilling wagering requirements.

All games offered on the jumpanda platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and certified to ensure fairness and transparency. The outcome of each game round is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical fault.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jumpanda platform:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools designed to exploit or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system or manipulate table games.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform — any bugs discovered must be reported to jumpanda support immediately.
• Wagering using funds sourced from loans or illegal activities.

Jumpanda reserves the right to void any bets or winnings suspected of involving fraud, system abuse, or violation of game rules. jumpanda's decision in such matters is final.

Jumpanda implements a sophisticated real-time fraud detection system to protect all members and the integrity of the platform. Every transaction and gaming activity is continuously monitored by our security team.

Actions considered fraudulent or constituting platform abuse include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false identity information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using another person's credit card or bank account without authorisation.
• Conducting repeated deposit-withdrawal transactions without meaningful gaming activity (money laundering).
• Filing false or unsubstantiated chargeback claims.

All personal information collected by jumpanda is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act. You have the right to request access to your personal data or apply for data deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Jumpanda reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time, with or without notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or behaviour suspected of violating the law.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the jumpanda support team. Prior to account closure, all valid account balances will be processed for withdrawal once all applicable wagering requirements have been met and the KYC process has been completed.

The jumpanda platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jumpanda makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any specific purpose.

Jumpanda shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from wagering activities on the platform.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account.
• Inaccurate information provided by the user during registration.

In any circumstance, jumpanda's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Jumpanda reserves the right to amend, add to, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the jumpanda platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

For changes deemed material, jumpanda will endeavour to notify members via their registered email or in-platform notifications at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action is taken.
